The provisions of paragraphs 2 (Site Access) and 3 (Indemnification) are for the benefit of Weather Avenue and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and third party information providers to the service. Each of these individuals or entities will have the right to assert and enforce these provisions directly against you in their own name.

5. Term; Termination

This agreement may be terminated by either party without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions of paragraphs 1 (Site Access), 2 (Respect for Property Rights and Trademarks), 3 (Indemnification), 4 (Third Party Rights) and 6 (Use of Personal Data) and 7 (Miscellaneous) will survive termination of this Agreement.

Any cause of action or claim you may have regarding the service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. Weather Avenue's failure to insist on strict compliance with any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.

Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. Weather Avenue may assign its rights and obligations under this agreement to any party at any time without notice.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Since 2014, ESIS Developments has maintained and evolved the WeatherAvenue.com weather platform, an online service created in 2011 providing access to local weather forecasts around the world. Our mission is to ensure the quality, availability and continuous improvement of this service.

As part of managing our digital presence, we also develop internal tools to generate and automatically publish weather content (text, images, videos) on our own social networks. These tools are strictly used internally by ESIS Developments and are not offered to third parties.
